If you have a majestic backyard, be sure to include a photo that showcases at least three photos of it. If you jut remodeled your kitchen, get all the right angles and show it off.
A simple plant or fruits on the table can create a better shot. Match the style and color with the room that you're taking a picture of.
This might seem to be a given but we still tend to see photos taken at dark angles or even on evenings where no natural light is seen. Buyers love to see how bright and open the space is.
There's nothing wrong with trying to make your photos look a little nicer. Just make sure that it's not overdone - to the point where colors have been altered and the picture doesn't look like your home anymore.
Do not include toys, boxes and other unnecessary items in the photos. Sometimes we see photos with half of a toy bike or an empty box in the corner - the slightest details are seen by the buyer.
Most real estate agents already provide this service for their sellers. If not, you can hire a freelancer for a reasonable price to take amazing photos of your home.
