Whether you have carpet or hardwood floors, you need to make sure they are spotless and odorless.  If you can, hire professional cleaners to get the job done for you.

Buyers love to see themselves in the kitchen - hosting parties or cooking daily meals.  Make sure the counters and appliances are sparkling.

It may cost you money but a storage can honestly help you sell a lot faster.  Put all your "non-daily" needs there until you move out.
