Before You Sell Your Home

As tempting as it may sound to just sell a home yourself, you'll end up saving more time, money and headaches when you work with a home selling expert.

The first step of cleaning up before a home sale is getting rid of items that you no longer need.  These are things that are just collecting dust around the house and you really have no use for them anymore.

Everyone has items that still have tags or things that we barely wore.  This is the perfect time to start donating.  Don't forget your receipt for tax purposes!

Buyers of your home want to see themselves living in your space and making it their own.  Help sell your home a lot faster by removing picture frames and other very personal displays from the cabinets and walls.

Look around and create a checklist of things that need to be repaired.  Prioritize them and fix as needed.
